Speed and Love

Mr. Jin took in the son of a friend from his hometown. Unexpectedly, that friend passed away, leaving the boy an orphan, who was then renamed Jin Chao. Three years later, Mr. Jin's wife, Ms. Jiang, gave birth to a daughter, Jin Mu. The heavy burden of life gradually deepened the conflicts between the couple. When Jin Mu was nine, her parents agreed to divorce. She went south with Ms. Jiang, while Mr. Jin took Jin Chao to a small northern town. From then on, the two families lived apart, never crossing paths again. At age eighteen, as Ms. Jiang prepared to emigrate with her second husband, Jin Mu was temporarily sent to her father's care—where she once again encountered Jin Chao, whom she had not seen for nine years. Chao is the sun, Mu is the moon. Sun and moon shine together, forever intertwined—day after day, dusk after dusk.
