Shаngguan Qian had alreаdy slippеd into the Sеcrеt Рassаge, intending to escape the House of Gong through it. Just as the exit came into view, a swift shadow suddenly shot toward her. Gong Shangjue swept past Shangguan Qian, landing in front of her and blocking her path.

Gong Shangjue coldly demanded, "Where do you think you're running?"

Shangguan Qian smiled. "Since Young Master has abandoned me, I naturally must leave." Before her words fully fell, her sword was already out, aimed directly at Gong Shangjue.

Knowing she was no match for Gong Shangjue, Shangguan Qian seized the initiative, striking first. Her slender sword emitted waves of gleaming light. Gong Shangjue dared not be careless, meeting the attack with his blade. Gong Shangjue suddenly exerted force, forcing Shangguan Qian back. He withdrew his stance and stood calmly, saying coldly, "What sentiment can one expect from a member of Wufeng?"

Shangguan Qian: "But my heart is not with Wufeng."
